You've tried the strategies.
You've read the books. You've adjusted your language. You've lowered your demands. You've done everything they said to do.
And you're still exhausted.
Still walking on eggshells.
Still wondering why every day feels so hard.
Here's what nobody tells you.
Your child's nervous system is reading yours. Constantly. Not your words. Not your strategies. Your nervous system.
When your body is in survival mode, your child's nervous system picks that up as danger.
And a nervous system that detects danger doesn't feel safe enough to cooperate, connect, or come down from the edge.
This isn't about trying harder.
It's about anchoring in safety.
I know this because it was my story.
I am a homeschooling mother of four children. In our neurodivergent family we have OCD, a rare chromosomal duplication syndrome, autism and PDA.
Almost four years ago my then 6 year old daughter experienced severe regressive burnout.
She was unable to leave the house and she stopped talking, playing, and interacting. I was desperate to help her.
I tried everything.
Read all the books.
Listened to every expert.
Did everything I was supposed to do.
And my daughter was still unreachable and stuck.
What changed everything was understanding this:
She wasn’t responding to what I was doing.
She was responding to what I felt.
I began practicing an intentional parasympathetic breathwork method, and as my nervous system strengthened, so did hers.
I'll never forget the first time she pulled on a dress and shakily crept out of the front door for the first time in months.

We begin Monday 8th June, 10:00am Sydney time.

Yes. Anchoring Safety is designed for parents of neurodivergent children who may have a PDA profile, autism, chromosomal syndrome, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, school can't, challenging behaviours, or complex needs. Your child does not need to have a diagnosis for you to join. The focus is on nervous system safety, which sits underneath all behaviour.
That’s exactly who this is for.
Most parents who come to me having already read the books, tried the strategies, and yet they still feel stuck. This isn’t about adding more techniques, it’s about addressing what sits underneath them. Providing you with the support and nervous system capacity that you need.
No. You don’t need any prior experience.
Everything is guided in a simple, accessible way. You just need to show up as you are.
Both. Each week you receive recorded audio lessons to listen to in your own time. You also have a live Breathwork Mastery session each week. And a bonus live Q & A session in the final week. The Q & A session will be recorded. However, the live breathwork sessions will not be recorded, so please ensure you can attend your live small group session each week before you book in.
We begin Monday 8th June, 10:00am Sydney time.
